Decreasing Burnout in RBTs to Increase Organizational Health

with Dr. Becca Tagg

In this webinar, we’ll talk about what burnout is, from a behavioral perspective and organizational and individual factors that are likely contributors to burnout in staff. We’ll review some likely already existing data to help identify burnout and also give an overview of some additional measures that can be useful to identify and monitor burnout in staff so organizations can intervene and modify systems before burnout occurs thereby decreasing turnover in staff. Some general suggestions for combating burnout will be discussed. In addition, we’ll spend some time diving into Del Mar Center for Behavioral Health’s RBT supports, and share result of our staff engagement from our BHCOE’s audit evaluation.
