About Us

The Holding Hands clinical team uses scientifically proven ABA methods to bring about positive, meaningful changes in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. They develop and implement treatment plans to reduce problematic behaviors and help clients develop new skills and more functional behaviors to foster the individual’s independence.

Each treatment plan is tailored to the client’s specific needs, created during the assessment process. The treatment setting is determined by assessing the client’s needs, current goals, funding source, barriers, and parental involvement. Services may take place in the home, community, center, or school.

A crucial component of our program is parent involvement. Our clinicians aim to build a trusting, therapeutic alliance with the entire family to guide, educate, model and empower them to successfully apply behavior management techniques in the home and community. Collaboration with the client’s family, educators, and other support service providers is an essential part of our treatment process.

Our clinical team consists of highly-trained Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Associate Behaviorist Analysts (BCaBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and bachelor’s-, master’s-, and doctorate-level supervisors and therapists with clinical training in ABA.
