Village Autism Center Earns 3-Year BHCOE Reaccreditation
Receiving National Recognition for Commitment to Quality Improvement
Atlanta, Georgia – BHCOE Accreditation has recognized Village Autism Center with a 3-Year Reaccreditation, acknowledging the organization as a behavioral service provider dedicated to continuous improvement in applied behavior analysis. BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications and consumer satisfaction and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas are measured with a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observation, a detailed staff qualification review, an anonymous staff satisfaction survey and an anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.
BHCOE Accreditation is the only applied behavior analysis (ABA)-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.
“We take great pride in offering high-quality evidence-based services to children with developmental disabilities and their families,” said Founder and Executive Director, Caitlin Delfs. “It is an honor to maintain the BHCOE distinction as our team is passionate about finding the right fit for our clients to give them every advantage to reach their goals. Village Autism Center will continue to stand by our commitment to providing ABA therapy in a supportive and engaging atmosphere.”

About Village Autism Center
All services at Village Autism Center are based in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) nestled within a developmental framework. To create a positive therapeutic environment, we focus on building a relationship with each child we work with. Creating a solid foundation of trust and a sense of fun is our initial goal with all children. Although we are a comprehensive treatment provider, our focus and expertise are in skill acquisition or skill-building. That means we work on teaching our clients new skills, usually related to the core deficits of autism: social interaction and communication. The commitment to training extends to our staff and interns as well. Our seasoned BCBAs carry manageable caseloads which allow them to balance individualized programming with in-depth supervision and clinical oversight for our staff.
