Dallas, TX –BHCOE Accreditation has recognized Unique Pathways with a 2-Year Accreditation, acknowledging the organization as a behavioral service provider dedicated to continuous improvement in Applied Behavior Analysis. BHCOE Accreditation recognizes behavioral health providers that excel in the areas of clinical quality, staff qualifications, and consumer satisfaction and promote systems that enhance these areas. These areas are measured via a wide-ranging audit, including interviews with agency clinical leadership, in-depth on-site observation, a detailed staff qualification review, anonymous staff satisfaction survey, and anonymous consumer satisfaction survey.
“Unique Pathways exemplifies a high-quality care provider, as evidenced in their prioritization of staff qualifications and excellent treatment planning and programming. We are proud to bring attention to Unique Pathways as they utilize current best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and provide care that is both effective and ethical,” said Sara Gershfeld Litvak, Founder of BHCOE. “We are excited to congratulate their CEO, Jennifer Helten, as well as her fantastic team, on creating a sustainable program that is a valuable resource to the Texas autism community.”
BHCOE Accreditation is the only Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA)-specific accreditation. It provides feedback regarding clinical best practices, staff satisfaction and turnover, and consumer protection. Acting as a third-party, the organization systematically measures and reports on existing quality criteria in the behavior analysis community using standardized methods and practices, and accredits only those service agencies that meet these standards.
“At Unique Pathways, we are honored to earn BHCOE Accreditation and thankful for our team of highly qualified and compassionate professionals that have made this possible. They are the foundation of our ability to help our clients succeed through connecting pathways for development and bring about meaningful, positive change. We are proud to receive the BHCOE Accreditation because it reflects our dedication to providing individualized and innovative evidence-based services that empower our clients and their families,” said CEO Jennifer Helten. “We look forward to continuing to hold ourselves to the highest standards and providing top quality care to the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex community for years to come.”
